Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor has helped with a number of areas including Payroll, onboarding, benefits, surveys, time and attendance, PTO, learning management, reminders, reporting and several other feature. We use the sweat of products and I use the product daily and the person who selected the product over others in the markets. Thanks

It’s really easy to use for admins and employees.
The interface is nice the mobile app is really easy. There are a lot of great solution and integrations. Over all the this a good product and mostly works well. In times of critical need there have been some hiccups. A
Paycom is terrible or at least it was 5 plus years ago. The in The interface is terrible, there was no mobile app.. it was not a great solution solution and did not have good integrations. It’s great for the payroll cycle and including once benefits are in the system correctly. The analytics is done well for the reporting. The time and attendance. I like the chat feature but there are limits on what the customer service team can help with and that is frustrating. we’ve had terrible experience with the bwsft and mainly open enrollment.
