Use Paycor across my HR operations to include HR records, new hire & termination processes, timekeeping, and payroll.

  • Factory timekeeping.
  • Payroll

Cons

  • Reporting - limited report library.
  • Customer support is weak.
  • Improved my efficiencies to free me up to do other items.
  • Very good historical data/records.
  • end of year tax documents.
The interface is easy to use and very intuitive.
I find Paycor to be easier to use, and workflows run smoothly.
