Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Currently almost all Paycor platforms are used in our organization from employee's clocking in, ACA compliance to HR education. From A to Z. Paycor's system makes it easy to onboard new hires, which communicates new hire benefit options immediately. Employees can access their information thru the employee page to make updates to direct deposits, taxes, personal information or benefit needs which notifies HR / Payroll. The platform is user friendly.
Pros
- Customer Service Reps are very friendly and helpful
- Streamlines onboarding
- Benefit enrollment / tracking
Cons
- Customer Service Reps who are knowledgeable and available to answer questions opposed to needing to submit a case and wait, sometimes weeks, for a resolution
- Would like to see Sucess Managers who react to issues with results, or by assisting when an issue arises, not redirect to knowledge base articles.
- Easier access to Open Enrollment Advisors and OE documents simplified. The OE Advisors should check in with client's mid-year to see if any changes are suggested to be made to help prepare the client for annual OE and provide the BRD and other documents earlier.
- Expedites new hire onboarding and increases new hire satisfaction by reducing manual processes.
- Reduced the need for manual checks with the bundled pricing which allows for additional pay runs without the additional cost.
There are areas of each application that stack up to Paycor. Paycor's advantage is the automation between platforms creating more accurate payrolls. Especially the efficiency in onboarding, BA and timekeeping.
