Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for payroll, reporting, attendance tracking, new hire onboarding. It interacts with Employee Navigator. Employees can use Paycor to request days off. Employees can view their check stubs and also view their time cards. They can also submit miss punch requests if they forget to clock in or out.

Pros

  • Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful
  • online learning tutorials are informative and
  • live webinars are very helpful to review changes and updates

Cons

  • be able to subtract attendance points on a regular basis
  • be able to tell Paycor when i want to pay someone over time and it do it
  • not allow employees to submit time off if they are out of paid time
  • employees being able to submit time off has saved lots of time
  • notifications when attendance points exceed a certain number is helpful
  • we are notified by Paycor if taxes are our of compliance
I feel like it is easy to use. The online tutorials are very helpful. If I can't find something customer service will send the link. If needed, calling customer service does handle all issues. If for some reason they can't fix your issue, they will create a case and get back to you rather quickly.

Would you buy Paycor again?

Yes

It is very helpful for employees to put time off requests in. One negative about this is that they can also submit time off when they are out of time to use. Which can cause the time to be negative. Causing some delay in processing payroll when it has to be corrected if the supervisor approves it.
