Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Payroll & HR.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate.
  • User-friendly
  • Not challenging to learn to use.

Cons

  • Reports
  • Updating information quicker in reports.
  • Templates for mass upload need to be better.
  • Should be able to roll up totals for pay stub history.
  • Users (payroll team)should be able to request stop payment from the site itself.
  • Easier for employees to sign up for Paycor than it was for ADP.
  • Lost alot of time ensuring data on reports are accurate.
Easy to navigate.
It doesn't. We are trying to just save money but ADP is better so far. Sorry.
Not appropriate if transferring from ADP to Paycor. Documents do not transfer over. The integration team is not strong enough.
