Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor to process our payroll. It is used throughout our diocese.

Pros

  • Very easy to navigate! It is very easy to add a new employee. The system takes you through each step with lots of good information.
  • Customer support is awesome! When I was first learning, I called in several times and each time was a very pleasant experience.
  • Trustworthy! It is a big help having everything calculated and having all necessary tax paperwork prepared and filed for me.

Cons

  • I have not come across anything I don't understand or that should be fixed.
  • Paycor frees up my time to do other things.
  • It helps keep me organized.
  • Gives me confidence that we are always in compliance
Very user friendly for even the newest person! Lots of great information in the help areas.
I haven't used any other products like this
For small businesses, it would be ideal. Because most small businesses may not be able to afford to hire someone who has years of accounting experience, especially right away, the Paycor system does a big job very easily! For big business, it is nice because every location can use the same software so management can be assured that everyone is doing the same thing (consistency).
