- Time card maintenance and edits -- quick and easy to make adjustments which saves manager time
- Updating user information is simple, and self-serve changes make it easy for employees
- Benefit enrollment process is streamlined
Cons
- Fragmentation of areas (Perform HR, Perform Payroll, Perform Time, Perform Benefits) can be confusing when requesting assistance
- Report generation does not feel intuitive, and the columns/filters often behave in ways that don't reflect the selections
- Lack of ability to send fillable documents to existing employees (not during onboarding) is a considerable drawback
- Reduced meeting times and document printing through digital onboarding -- significant time saving and modest cost saving
