Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

It’s mainly being used by sales and marketing but it is on our website too. We use it as the best way to capture user behavioural data for content engagement whilst giving our users a great user experience. Previously or outside of PathFactory we had no way of knowing who is engaging with our content, how much they’re engaging and what is our most engaging content.

Cons

  • Compatibility with SEO when used on a website.
  • Full PathFactory data available in a CRM such as SFDC. Limited today.
  • Choice of content track presentation.
  • Improved user engagement data

  • Better understanding of content attribution
PathFactory’s analytics and look and feel were the main reasons for choosing it. Only downside was the price as it’s expensive.
Content engagement from email. It works less well on a website due to the issues with SEO.

Experience Using PathFactory

The implementation of PathFactory is extremely easy, mostly because of the excellent customer service through onboarding, both from a technical and best practice perspective.
I haven't experienced any issues with the availability of PathFactory
Before the Salesforce integration (with the PF section in SF) I would have given this a lower score, but since the introduction of this it has transformed how useful the PF data is, to sales in particular.
The customer service, from technical through to customer success, is one of the biggest reasons I'd recommend PathFactory. This is true of their training. It can be as bespoke as you like, at least in my experience, and the team is always willing (where possible) to incorporate your suggestions.
There's no doubt that PathFactory is an excellent platform, both from a user perspective and an analytics perspective, but it isn't cheap. I think that's understandable as quality often isn't cheap, but this is the reason I haven't given a higher score.
