Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory when we need to spin up microsites for a very specific purpose and don't want to get our web team involved. It allows you to upload PDFs, video webpages, and other content to be housed within a digital "look book." The lookbook can be tailored content specific to your customer or prospect's needs. They can be spun up very quickly using your library of content, and unique URLs can be created and shared easily. We integrate all of this data into Marketo to track engagement.

Pros

  • Culminate content
  • Integrate with Marketo
  • Disburse content tracks quickly

Cons

  • URL Redirects aren't a function that I'd really like
  • Marketo form styling options (for gated content tracks)
  • Password protected content tracks
  • Personalized content tracks at scale is incredibly important
  • Engagement tracking allows us to attribute pipeline & revenue to individual content tracks
  • Time-saving because we cannot rely on our website creation for all of our integrated marketing campaigns

Do you think PathFactory delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with PathFactory's feature set?

Yes

Did PathFactory live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of PathFactory go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy PathFactory again?

Yes

I wasn't involved in the purchase decision, but I am glad we chose them! Their team is helpful and knows how to help you accomplish what you're trying to do. If there's a feature you see isn't working right or that you need their technical team will listen and make actual changes.
PathFactory is great when you want to spin up specific content tracks for specific prospects (or customers). They can be cloned and updated quickly to create personalized experiences while not taking as much time as creating individual websites would in an ABM approach. It doesn't work as well when you're looking for the full functionality of a standard website. You're more or less stuck within the I-frame model. I should mention that they do have the capability to create an "Explorer Page," which is a second way to serve up content, but it's more of a skin over the existing I-frame.
