Overall Satisfaction with Okta

We use Okta for account provisioning and our main SSO/Identity provider. It helps greatly with onboarding birthright access. Our IAM was greatly improved once we had Okta up and running.

Okta provides a better user experience and a portal to make things simple not only for the admins but also the customers. Compared to Entra and Duo Okta is light years ahead in innovation and user experience.

Okta is well suited if you have an environment where you need to leverage IAM smoothly, and want to automate user account management. If you have a lot of users Okta can help save your IT team a lot of time.

If you are a smaller company it can be helpful still but it might not have a great ROI.
