Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use the Netsuite ERP for operational accounting (Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) and general accounting, and we leverage saved searches for financial reporting and analysis.
Pros
- Easy to learn and navigate for first time users.
- Saved searches are effective for performing detailed analysis.
- Flexibility in segregation of duties and building workflows to support internal controls framework.
Cons
- Financial reporting capabilities can be improved through a native / out-of-the-box integration with Oracle's Hyperion tool.
- Financial reports are challenging to build and are not very flexible/adaptable for financial reporting needs.
- Netsuite has scaled well with the rapid growth of our business year after year.
- We have effectively integrated data from our different systems into Netsuite for client billing and partner/vendor payment processing.
Netsuite has a much smaller learned curve and, overall, is easier to use and adapt to the needs of our finance teams.
