Good but some improvement needed

There are some UI and product gaps that need to be improved

We have been generally getting poor results and very poor response times. Often the solution provided doesn't meet needs or is not accurate. Many hours are consumed for minimal results.

Anything to do with core financials is done really well. Project management could use some improvement in terms of managing the projects and due dates. Typically dragging a task on a Gantt chart would update dates in project management systems is a core feature, yet this isn't done in NetSuite. Also, manufacturing seems weak compared to other systems and typically has some gaps.
