Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
we are a manufacturer. using MRP and CRM.
Pros
- access to overall business data in one system
- customizable
Cons
- not intuitive
- you need a secret decoder ring to get to the correct data
- hard to support on your own. NetSuite channel structure pushes you to have to use thier partners
- slow to address issues like "Cant enter lead time >365 days"
- does not tell you what components you dont have early enough to take action
- it drives us to align processes
Salesforce is easier to use for sales people. NetSuite is hard to use but includes direct access to accout transaction details
