Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

I use NetSuite to manage inventory, financials, and projects. I also have experience implementing the software, where we also used NetSuite CRM to track Support Tickets, ongoing projects, and Opportunities.

Because it is agile, easy to implement, and easy to integrate
Ability to get a support rep on the phone very quickly
NetSuite is excellent for easy configuration and customization. Finding answers to issues within the system is very easy. The use is extremely intuitive.
