Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday for a multi-user tracking list of projects. Monday helps track projects as they come in and flow through our organization. We use Monday daily and throughout the year. Specifically, the notes, views, automated, and graphical sections of the software are all used by staff in our firm.

  • Never had an issue with loss of information
Although I didn't set the templates up, I do manage them now and the management of current templates is very easy and intuitive. Using the "automate" feature in the software makes completed templates easy to track and file away. Being able to create multiple lists makes it easy for tracking multiple years of projects.
The support for Monday is great. I've reached out with a question on a feature that I believed the software had but couldn't find it and the agent was able to point me in the right direction and even send a link to a help article on areas that might further help.
Monday has been accessible 100% of the time we needed it to be, which is great. We have staff that use the web and app versions of the software and both have been wonderful. The program has never crashed and the support has always been there if we need it.

Monday is a great project tracking software that can be shared among multiple users in real-time on various devices. We're able to track our projects from beginning to end and effectively manage and take detailed notes of any specifics that occur. Very in-depth project tracking might be better suited in a more tailored software.
