Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Perfect collaboration tool across Operations, Technology, Commercial and Project Management teams. Allows all data in boards to be used as a single source of truth, via a fantastic mobile app and web application. Both internal & external collaboration is key to our businesses success and monday.com facilitates this tremendously.

The UI is superb.
Always striving for improvement at the same time as seeking feedback from active users.
Have never had an open ticket for more than 2 hours. Could not ask for more from a support function
For our business we can not fault the uptime. monday.com has never let us down, which is a key reason why it’s integral to our business scaling.

One stop shop for all planning and data capture.
Cross team collaboration is a cinch!
It’s not ideal if you are less than 10 users. Still a great tool at this size, but sales function at monday.com will push for paid account to be used again and again.
