Usability

sometimes gets slow and cannot accept documents, but overall easy to drag and drop items if needed

I have heard it takes some time to hear back from the support team, but when they do reach out it is helpful.

Reliability & Availability

some coworkers cannot add documents to the items so it delays our meetings together if they have to access the server and find the documents on there
