Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com as part of my workflow to organize my task and I also develop workflows for other departments using the monday.com GraphQL API.

Pros

  • The UI and UX is great.
  • I love the GraphQL API for development.
  • The Ability to integrate quick automations into my task list is awesome.

Cons

  • I feel like some users that I support in development try to use the platform for things that it is not intended for. This isn't necessarily something monday.com could improve, but it might help to post some guidelines or limitations of the product.
  • We transferred our customer onboarding process to monday.com. This allowed us to eliminate a costly 3rd party system.
The automations are very intuitive and easy to use.
I have dealt with the technical support team on several occasions when developing the API and they have always been responsive and helpful.
I have not noticed any performance depredation and we have numerous very large boards.
