Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

In our organization we use monday.com boards for pretty much everything, there are lot of things our PMO team is taking care of with respect to project's time tracking, customer onboarding and offboarding, employee work hours logging, questionnaire boards and much more.

Pros

  • creation of boards and filters which allows granular sorting for data from huge tables/boards
  • capability of exporting boards into excel sheets
  • time tracking boards

Cons

  • there should be a little tour guide for automation and integrations
  • monday.com has helped in project progress update and also in work hours time tracking
The vast features and ease of access monday.com provides to make the user more productive different areas like easily accessing resources, tracking project progress, making changes using automations etc.
I personally haven't encountered any situation where i felt need of assistance, but never even heard of any case where monday.com any problems.
features like automation makes it easier to make changes to boards, features like integrations makes it easier to communicate resources to different platforms

It is best for tracking project progress, and assigning tasks to teams and tracking the their work hours as well, monday.com has enough features to make it easier to segregate data and sort accordingly
