Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Used for a variety of things. Used to track errors, to track claims & analytics, goals & progress.

Pros

  • Easy to add & change fields
  • Easy to customize

Cons

  • Attachments/files - Have to download instead of view.
  • Cannot change names of attachments/files, so you have to open all to know what it is
  • A better way to view & name files would be very helpful
  • Increased adoption the more people know what it can do
  • Easier to setup projects
It is nice, but the free form option isn't always available and you have to add another template name.
Sounds helpful but I have not used this function yet.
I use this platform on a daily basis and have a variety of boards actively in place. It's very helpful as an outside tool to track and report data.

It's great for tracking & entering details. I do not like the Files function & having to download to view & not being able to rename. This makes the files feature not helpful at all.
