Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Tracking client information across multiple providers. For us, the program increases communication among multiple providers and provides a single space for each individual's updates and notes to be housed. Within our team, we use the program daily and are able to connect each other to information through tagging as needed. Overall it has increased communication and added convenience and accessibility.

Pros

Cons

  • The program can run pretty slowly at times
  • Positive impact: saved time by having everything in one place
I did not find any difficulty with using the program. After one training, I felt pretty comfortable with it.
I have not used this feature but others have and were responded to and supported right away.
Except for the times when it has run slow, it has performed well and been reliable as a way to keep track of various tasks and team members assigned to each client. It has helped provide order and increased the organization of tasks and communication.
