Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Every team has boards within boards and we use monday to track the status of multiple tasks. We have a lot of projects going on at once that involve people from many teams, and we don't all work under the same roof. Monday helps us to see live status updates and progress fo everything we have going on. It makes it so that we're always on the same page which is really nice and we can store and share files and comments too.

I agree that it's very intuitive and easy to use. When I went to set up automations, it basically had most of the scenarios I wanted. When there wasn't an automation template I wanted, I could either search for a how to video on youtube to set up my own. Or I chatted with someone from monday.com and they walked me through the process. And they integrate with like basically all the other tools our organization uses. I especially like that I can get notifications and updates programmed into my Slack channels.
When I need help with automations I usually get pretty fast support. I have almost 50 employees that I manage on our monday account and there has only been 1 time I've had to call and get help adding a user. That process was a little annoying and it actually took a day to get things resolved. But being that it was just 1 account out of 50, I don't think that's terrible.
It's very reliable and I always have experienced instant updates. In about 5 years of using monday, I think there have been site outages maybe once a year for at the most an hour. Really minimal and it didn't affect anything. We never had a time where it didn't save our work.

This is really good where you have a lot of people collaborating on different projects. Because you can have just the relevant people view a specific project or board. I also really like it if you have people working from different locations and time zones. It keeps everyone on the same page all the time. It probably has good uses for someone overseeing contract work because the contractor can log progress and status. But it might not be a necessary tool for someone who works solo on just one thing at a time. Definitely is better for multitasking.
