Solid for what it offers, but not very customizable.

We use monday.com primarily as a to-do list for pressing long- and short-term tasks. I think this functionality is extremely useful, especially with a small team- it can be easy for people to get overloaded with tasks or lose track of projects, so having everything in one place really helps. We occasionally use GANTT functionality to track market processes and project timelines as well.

For us, highly reliable, with no major issues re site functionality. Our only issues were with lack of customization of groups within boards, leading to a lot of created boards and some messiness. Overall great.
