Most of the automations are easy to set and user friendly. However, there are room for improvement especially when it comes to sub-items automations which is limited
Personally, I have not yet encountered an issue where i had to contact support. Therefore, cannot rate. But one of my team member did had an issue a few month ago related to his profile. It took a bit time to resolve but eventually sorted.
As mentioned before, monday.com is so far the best software i have used for Task Management. Very user-friendly, reports/dashboard can be generated quickly. Notifications and prompts very useful. Automations makes live easier.

I use Jira, Airtable and monday.com on a daily basis. But monday.com is far the best i have used.
