Expensive but worth it if you are tracking a lot of info or people
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to process and track all orders placed with our company, from start to finish. Handy integrations and automations help streamline the process, and the cloud-based system means I can access our daily progress from anywhere. We also use it for our inventory tracking. It's a highly-customizable interface that works very well once adjusted to your needs, and can constantly be evolved along with your business.
Pros

Cons
- Server drop-outs are rare, but are definitely a problem when they happen, being a completely cloud-based system
- The app is handy, but definitely lacks in terms of functionality, and ability to customise
- Tech support is the standard "answer these questions, even though you have already given me that detail". Good once you get past that stage though.
- Changing to online record keeping is great for easily finding details about past orders
- Plans are expensive, so you really need a large team, or a lot of data to track for the expense to be worth it
- Has definitely allowed for our business to provide better service and and after-care for our customers
Performs exactly as described. Down-time is minimal, and server status can be checked out on their website, which is really handy when trying to trouble-shoot problems.
