Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday both for managing clients, task management, and as a CRM for prospective clients.

Cons

  • Integration with Ad Platforms
  • Ability to remove users that are no longer employees without needed to update all prior tasks
  • simpler integration with super-metrics
  • It has simplified our task management
  • easy tracking of task status
  • simple communication of updates with all team-members
The templates work well, sometimes when trying to customize the boards it can get somewhat complicated.
Quick email responses, however the issue is rarely resolved in the first communication.
The features work well for keeping track of the time and expected due date for tasks.

It works well for the management of tasks with multiple team members. As a CRM we have had some difficulty integrating lead quality feedback with the various ad platforms that we use.
