Not a Monday if you use Monday
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We are a siding company and use Monday to track many items and task for upcoming jobs. We track the schedule, material status/backorders, credits, and any warranty/repairs after jobs are complete. We also use Monday to store all the information for the jobs we run, such as POs, pictures, orders, and communications with builders.
Pros

Cons
- search functions are not easily navigated
- Mobile app can be glitchy and functions don't always match the desktop version so it makes it harder to navigate
- scrolling is a bit jumpy
- if there was a way to update board structure across multiple boards without having to add columns and automations on multiple boards to have them match
- Made it easier to grow our business and allow information to be shared to all employees quickly
The desktop version is great, it has been a valuable resource for our business. I wish the mobile was less glitchy to make it easier to use in the field.
