Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
My team uses monday.com to manage client projects and services purchased.
Pros
- Ability organize client boards into folders
- Automations
- Dashboards
Cons
- I would like for it to be easier to create repeating tasks based on due date
- If another person creates a folder, all users should be able to see it immediately even if a board is not created within the folder yet
- Project management boards have been easier to set up due to automations
Occasionally automations will not work correctly. Sometimes this is due to user error, other times automations do not save correctly or function as outlined. It doesn't happen enough to affect my daily work, but when it does happen it takes time to correct + creates concern that automations may not always function they way they should therefore the team could miss necessary tasks or project steps.
