Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We maintain and use several boards with monday.com. One problem we had was organizing all of the information for special orders (date, acknowledgement, tracking, in house dates, etc) and with our board we can see the broad scope on one page. I can also sort by in house date, install date, ship date, etc. We also use one board as our main board and we can sort all of our installs the same way. We are able to see upcoming issues much faster now which results in better service to our clients

  • Easy overview of entire jobs from several stations here, office/shop/final staging
The web version has worked great for us, we have at least 20 people using the monday.com boards at the same time and it's worked great. We can each sort by what information we need to see - and we were able to filter out some information on certain views so it just pertains to what that station needs (example - the saw station needs the cutting information - but doesn't need the special order information)
We have had great succcess in switching over our processes (from Trello) and the customer care team has been great at solving any issues we had, and also very knowledgeable in the monday.com product itself. We needed to implement and connect several outside apps to our monday.com boards and integrate everything together. We use dashboard, Slack, and outlook together with monday.com and it's working seamlessly
The best part so far for me, of monday.com is the REAL TIME updates. No waiting for one person to update and then refreshing, etc. I can attach documents to our individual lines so we can keep all of the random pieces of information together in one place for everyone to access. This is a huge help when an installer has a question on site and we have all of the different components together in one place!

We can sort our orders board by the install date and quickly see the ship dates - enabling us to alert our clients if their orders will be on time or not

Our main orders board tracks pretty much everything at this point. We can see when it was done in preproduction, then on the shop floor, and finalized on cart. We have set several statuses for the shop to use and we can sort by the status and/or watch it in real time
