Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We maintain and use several boards with monday.com. One problem we had was organizing all of the information for special orders (date, acknowledgement, tracking, in house dates, etc) and with our board we can see the broad scope on one page. I can also sort by in house date, install date, ship date, etc. We also use one board as our main board and we can sort all of our installs the same way. We are able to see upcoming issues much faster now which results in better service to our clients

- Calendar with several items on one day is hard to see
- Program can run slow
- reducing the number of "go backs", saving money and time
- Project boards help sort by dates, so we know what to focus on first
- Easy overview of entire jobs from several stations here, office/shop/final staging
The best part so far for me, of monday.com is the REAL TIME updates. No waiting for one person to update and then refreshing, etc. I can attach documents to our individual lines so we can keep all of the random pieces of information together in one place for everyone to access. This is a huge help when an installer has a question on site and we have all of the different components together in one place!
