Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Project management and customer service are the main drivers for us using this program. We reply to emails, collaborate on projects, and manage tasks.

I don't have any issues navigating or using the features and in business that's important. Downtime costs money and we don't have that issue with monday.com!
the one time I did have to reach out they made it so easy and I didn't have to come back, they provided everything the first time I reached out. one call resolution is fantastic!

This helps me make sure the team is completing assignments as well as gives us a healthy look into where we are spending our time. We can also see on a large scale where we need improvement.
