Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has pushed our business forward and away from countless paper documents and spreadsheets. All users now have instant access to current projects and now fully involved in standardized workflows. It has been surprisingly easy to use and set up and the online/instant technical help has made tasks even easier. We are only a small business (22 employees) and have started small with the changes but are learning all the time about monday.com's capabilities and how it can help our business.

Pros

  • Simple to set up and use. Automations are easy to understand and implement.
  • Looks professional and navigations through the various boards is a breeze.
  • Cost effective compared to similar packages.

Cons

  • Currently have no issues with monday.com
  • All users now feel involved and up to date on current business matters.
  • Offers clear view of ongoing projects and has easy to understand deadlines.
  • Using the chat/update function is so easy and takes the need away from generic emails that get overlooked.
We were concerned that we wouldn't have the skills or knowledge to set monday.com up, but it is designed to make it easy and understandable to follow. We plan to continually develop monday.com to modernise our business and make all our work lives easier. Monday has the potential to raise the efficiency of our business immeasurably.
Every time we need assistance, we have always been able to use the online tutorials or in some cases spoke to a technical representative via the online chat. Any issues have been resolved promptly.

If your business is looking to go paperless, or as much as practicable, then monday.com will take care of that. We have created a central board where all our company information that an employee may need is centralized. Documents such as company handbooks, HR documents and public liability insurance are now accessible from any device at any time.
