Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We recently changed course and are growing rapidly. Our Exec Team is using Monday to keep projects on track, keep the team informed and keep organized.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • Automations are very simple
  • Adding workspaces and groups is simple
  • Updates via notifications are very helpful

Cons

  • Integration to Outlook is lacking
  • Monday.com has been an extremely useful tool as we grow, helping to build a solid foundation for the team. The communication via notifications alone is worth every penny.
I was able to begin using Monday immediately. It is extremely user friendly and if you have a question, there are many resources available. I have set up multiple workspaces with automations and integrations without requiring assistance from the Monday team.
I have a rep who is responsive to any questions/concerns; however, she reaches out to me more than I need to reach out to her.

We have created a workspace to track RFP's and it has allowed us to keep everything organized in one place that is easily accessible. Additionally, we created an automation to move winning bids to a contracts workspace where all relevant contract information lives. It has kept us organized and on track. We also added an automation to notify relevant users when a contract will be ending so we can prepare for next steps.
