Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for a wide range of things: -CRM -Project Management -R&D -Order Management -Procurement.

Pros

  • Very clean automations.
  • Extremely customizable.
  • Easily manage teams.
  • Endless amount of space.

Cons

  • More templates.
  • More training videos on how to maximize monday.
  • Reducing overhead.
  • ROI
  • Keeping track of active customers.
As long as you know your way around the software, you can pretty much achieve anything you want.
They used to have an on-call service, now you have to email them. It's understandable, but I miss when you could call in.
