Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I've used monday.com with my colleagues for quite some time. As we delve deeper into the functionality and discover more features we are continually being surprised how helpful this tool is for us. We assign team members various roles, keep tabs on our workload as well as hours worked in the different stages of our projects. I recommend monday.com for any team struggling to stay in control with many different tasks and projects.

Cons

  • It can have a steep learning curve.
  • Projects subitems could use some increased functionality.
  • Interface could be a bit faster.
Once past the learning curve monday.com has been very impactful in how we plan our projects as well as individual tasks. Monday is integral to our weekly sprint planning. As we learn more of its features it keeps adding value to our work environment as as well as our time management.
We have not had the need to contact customer support.
We have not noticed any problems in accessibility or uptime. Everything works as expected although I wish the interface was a bit less intensive on slower hardware. If a dedicated desktop client is released it would be even better, but we're very happy with monday.com as it's currently working as well.

If you are losing control of your workload or estimated workload this tool will provide relief. If the entire team is on board to use the tool to its potential you will create a less stressful atmosphere and a clear overview of what needs to be done and when. Very good for collaborations between teams as well.
