Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Easy on boarding.
  • Easier time management.
  • Better communication flow.
It is being used by the whole organization, finances, HR, estimating, materials. This helps us be up to date and everyone one the team being on the same page and in this way we can give the best service to the job sites we manage.

Pros

  • Schedule - Gantt graphs are easy to use and manage.
  • Time tracking - keeps everyone accountable for their daily work.
  • Follow up and progress - easy for everyone to be in touch.

Cons

  • None - it has been useful with everything we need it for.
It has elevated our company to the next level. Before we integrated monday.com we where using other more informal ways to communicate and a lot of information was getting lost, but now with monday.com we have everything in one place and it has really been a game changer for everything we do.
I believe that the support is very easy, what I have mostly used is the weekly live seminars they have to get accommodated with the app, they have from beginners to more intermediate courses so that has helped a lot with being able to see all functionalities of the system.
