Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings.
  • Easy to setup new projects.
  • Board management.
All of the team members in our Marketing Department use monday.com on a daily basis for project management and online discussions. Monday.com makes our workflow seamless and highly effective in communicating tasks and many projects.

Pros

  • Project management.
  • Task management.
  • Communications among team members.
  • Sprint management.

Cons

  • Sometimes monday.com's server goes down during our online meeting.
  • Sometimes monday.com seems very slow.
  • There is no way to undo an action when creating boards or moving things around.
  • There is no way to bulk clear # of unread message in Inbox.
I have not used all of the tools that are available yet.
I have not had any need to contact customer support yet.

It's fairly easy to use and UI is intuitive. The UI layout (look and feel) is clean and well organized. Overall, everything functions well without too much lag.
