  • Time tracking of projects.
  • Cost tracking of projects.
  • Document management.
We use monday.com to keep track of all client work and any outstanding billing. It is mostly being used by one department in the organization, but other departments are considering it.

Pros

  • User friendly.
  • Cost effective.
  • Easily shareable.
The automation feature takes out the manual work that some of our other programs are based on, and I absolutely love that!

Keeping track of work, in both remote and office-based situations. Even better for remote working, as you are able to visually keep track of everyone's work without micromanaging.
