Monday.com is used by 95% of our organization. It came at a time where we needed to work across departments, and in a better, [more] organized way. It was easily picked by everyone because it is user friendly, clean in design and has all the features to easily follow up with the different projects that we have. Every time we have a new employee joining the company, we give him a short introduction to monday.com since it is a staple now in the office.

- It can be used by multiple users.
- You can message all the team members in a project.
- You can monitor the status and progress of a project.
- You can have a timeline for planning.
Cons
- Navigation option could be easier/smoother.
- Subscription plan is a bit confusing.
- Too many emails with every single notification from monday.com.
