Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Easy employee adoption.
Our entire company uses monday.com to organize all our tasks, keep track of calendars, and manage services for our clients. It allows us to connect various departments and ensure that everything is covered and that balls are not dropped. Many of our employees practically live inside monday.com and it is an instrumental part of our business.

Pros

  • Task management.
  • Calendar management.
  • Assigning work to others.

Cons

  • Improved ability to have tasks in one board effect those in another.
  • Improved email notifications with more details on the tasks not just the comments.
Very easy to use and very functional. We have tried many other systems and this is by far the best.
We have not needed much support, but when we do they are responsive.
