[monday.com is] intuitive, and very colorful, easy to use and packed with features, its our go-to task/project management tool

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Intuitive UX
  • LOTS of features and integrations
  • Handy automations, love the zapier integrations

Cons

  • Too many features, takes a while to get around using it
  • CRM board not good enough
  • Not enough time tracking and practice management tools to replace existing CRM and practice management tools
[monday.com is] very intuitive and east to use basic features, not so much with advanced features
