I do not use all of the automated features to effectively rate this but what I do use has been great.
The easy-to-use is subjective to the user and there is a learning curve for most new users.
II recommend users go on and set up a project and research all the functionality is has to offer to help manage that project effectively.

Support Rating

I have not personally used this service but I like that it is available. As more of a user than IT professional I do not get that involved in the initial project set up to require using the dedicated Customer Success Manager. However, I think its great that this tool and kind of customer service is available.
