- monday.com has increased efficiencies of our team and has increased the accuracy of project completion
We use monday.com across the whole organization to organize all projects and tasks. It has helped us ensure nothing falls through the cracks and it has also helped our staff manage their time based on scheduled workload. It has helped ensure that customer deliverables are completed on time.
Pros
- Allows customization of columns so that the tables will be what my company needs
- Allows subtasks and isn't overly granular
- Very easy to see what needs to be done and can be arranged by employee, task, date, etc.
- I love being able to link files from Google Drive and other sources--super useful
Cons
- I wish there was an option to have columns of subtasks default to the same categories as the main task.
- I would love to be able to group different projects on a board in subgroups within that board.
