Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Revolutionizing my approach to project management, monday.com is an unparalleled tool that deserves unreserved praise. Its intuitive interface streamlines task allocation, and real-time updates enhance collaboration. The customizable platform adapts effortlessly to our workflow, offering data-driven insights for informed decisions. Mobile access ensures productivity on the go. Unmatched customer support promptly addresses queries. Without a doubt, monday.com is my top project management choice.

Pros

  • timeline view.
  • the UI/UX is really well thought of. makes it very intuitive to use.
  • the commenting area with each pulse and how you can attach images and documents to it.
  • the notification system.

Cons

  • the automation system can be easier to use.
  • make it more obvious when a filter is applied to a board.
  • the mobile app sometimes takes a little time to load information.
  • saves us a lot of time planning things
  • Production has increased without increasing load on the Studio
  • The employees enjoy a more stress free life with monday.com
Overall monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use! the UX/UI is very well thought of. you can see the monday team has put a lot of time, effort and resources in this and it is incredibly valuable for its users. monday.com is an incredible tool that changed how we work for the better.
The system is so intuitive that I have not yet needed to use the customer support in my many years of using monday.com!
In all my years using monday.com I have never had downtime with the system. This sense is security is primordial to our team specially when we have a big project that involves multiple departments. we know that any place, anytime we can count on monday.

The project management timeline view is incredible. It helps us plan out the month and see if projects will not overlap each other creating problems in production. I guess it would be nice to see an overall timeline view of multiple board views so we do not have to check each one individually.
