monday.com is being used across the whole organization globally. The monday.com board serves as an important tool that our team uses day by day to track tasks, priorities, and deadlines. We also use it as an accountability tool to ensure that all tasks are being completed in a timely manner.

  • More advanced visualization features (e.g., graphs, timelines, etc.)
  • Feature to 'react' to a task being done (more interactive)

monday.com is intuitive and the user interface is friendly, even to new users.
I have not had to contact customer support, but my colleagues have. I have heard great things about monday.com's customer support--that they are easy to reach and seem knowledgable. monday.com is perfect for a workplace or personal setting. I find it most well suited for a small team to put down tasks, share ideas, and take accountability. The tool may be less useful when shared between larger teams, as I can see it get overwhelming and counterproductive. It may be harder to track accountability and keep tasks organized when the team number gets too large.
