Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Production flow.
As a small business, we need software that is highly adaptable to our current production flow yet capable of making changes to new methods with a few clicks. Many existing software packages for our industry are limited to their “idea” of how your production should work. monday.com has exceeded our expectations every time we work with it and make changes to adapt to an ever changing market. Looking forward to what you guys bring next.

Cons

  • Truthfully, we haven’t found one yet.
We have only scratched the surface of the capabilities and plan to test more soon. But, the biggest reason for a 10 out of 10 has to be the adaptability to our process. We are excited to implement more this quarter to assist us do even more streamlining over this year. I fully believe that monday.com can handle whatever we throw at it.
Our whole experience to date has been perfect. No issues.
Performance has been flawless for us. We have never had to call tech support for anything. Monday.com just works!

Production flow was our biggest challenge.

The capability to view our schedule at a glance on any device is a massive pro for us. Many other software companies' products are really good on one platform or the other but not consistent across the board. I can open monday.com on my iMac, MacBook, iPad or iPhone and expect a consistent feel between them all. It takes the guess work out when switching between devices.
