Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it mainly for new product discovery, new features, as an interview repository, and the use of post-its to write down interviewees' answers. In addition to handling service areas such as blueprints and also reviews with the development team and also project closure dynamics.
Pros
- The new functionality of generating documents with AI
- Read multiple post-its with AI and generate a compilation of the interviews, highlighting the pain points
- The practicality of several people working together
Cons
- One of my main problems is getting the zoom percentage right for objects created with the objects generated by Miro itself. The proportions always don't look good.
- I don’t have exact numbers, but I do have real-world examples. During the pandemic, if it weren’t for Miro, we wouldn’t have had the same ease of working remotely.
- We were able to conduct countless discovery processes with clients using the tool. And at the time, the AI part hadn’t even been released. If it had, we would have generated results faster.
Having several ready-made templates makes day-to-day life much faster.Being able to generate documents with AI.Being able to compile interviews with AI.Working with large teams on the same document.Being able to ask the client to follow your mouse to show how to do a certain dynamic. The timer and voting tool.
In my case, I believe it reduced manual work. Before, we had to do a dynamic in a room, organize everyone's schedule so that they would be present in one place. Everyone would write down various things on paper, and after it was finished, I and one other person had to take photos so as not to get lost, and type everything or at least the insights to present to the product team and management. This is the biggest benefit.
I used InVision for a while - it was interesting but without many features, the work was still very manual, the tool was soon discontinued at the company I worked for. I've used FigJam, it's a good tool, but very simple in features, which is why Miro is so important, we always use Miro, we've never had any problems.
