Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro with our marketing teams and our freelance creative teams. Our goal is to share information about upcoming newsletters, upcoming social media posts, and upcoming META activations. In short, Miro is an easy-to-use shared calendar that we've set up to facilitate access to information, validate ideas, and maintain visibility of our marketing activations throughout the year.Personally, Miro allows me to have a clear overview of all my actions and, more importantly, to see if they're aligned.
Pros
- Organize ideas on a long term basis
- Share information with multiple people (in and out our organization)
- Move and change the ideas easily thanks to drag and drop option
Cons
- I saw a beug when creating lines on my calendar
- Possibility to copy and past a post-it with its comment
- Automatically have the same thing at the end of the month. Sometimes Tuesday the 30th appears in both month A and month B, as it's a week between the two months. But you have to manually duplicate the content.
- Better vision of what to do next, the next steps
- Better organization on content creation
- Much less delay in deliveries
- Less last minute changes
Our freelance creative went from a full-time contract to working one or two days a week for our company. Using Miro allowed the entire team to exchange information without having to wait for the freelancer to be in the office. It was also easier for her to organize herself when she wasn't working directly in the office but was working remotely.
- Google Sheets and Doodle
Miro is a free solution that really allows you to have a practical and very easy-to-use interface. We have a calendar base and the rest is drag and drop, we have color codes, comments, interactions
