Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At our landscape architecture firm, Miro has become an indispensable tool for collaboratively organizing every step of the design process. Our internal design leadership team has crafted templates that seamlessly guide us through the various phases of design. Additionally, Miro proves invaluable when presenting to clients, offering a dynamic platform to display information and effortlessly navigate different sections of the board. Before having Miro it was clunky switching between multiple pdf's when screen sharing, whereas Miro makes it very easy.

Pros

  • Easy to understand interface.
  • Consistency with templates.
  • Presentation mode works awesome.
  • The features such as 'to-do' list helps organize our team
  • Mentining Colleagues and assigning tasks work well.

Cons

  • Sometimes if there are too many pdfs on the board it can get a little laggy.
  • Improved productivity
  • More efficient organization
We have offices all throughout Texas and we have firmwide boards that over 120 people have successfully contributed to. We are also able to use them simultaneously and we can see where our colleagues are at on the boards. I use Miro everyday to create / update collaborative to do lists.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great to present to clients when using the presentation feature. We use Miro and Miro templates at every stage in our design process. I take meeting notes on the board so that my other coworkers can easily go and reference them. We even use Miro to doodle sometimes. Miro might not be the best to use for developing final packages, or a very formal presentation.
