Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for wire-framing marketing assets and for creating flow charts. Business problems Miro solves: - Webpage layout collaboration - Sharing flows across teams - Visually collaborating across joint areas

Pros

  • It's a great collaboration tool both synchronously and asynchronously
  • Great at organizing thoughts and creating alignment across teams
  • Does well at creating visual flowcharts for non-technical employees

Cons

  • Sometimes pieces get locked when they shouldn't be. It can be buggy with a lot of items on a board
  • Having arrows go inside an image pointing at something is not possible. It locks outside an image.
  • Does not have all the templates I'd like but a good amount.
  • Reduced completion time
  • Created a faster process for approvals
  • Allowed for confirmed collaboration
Very easy. Learning curve is short. Could have more templates
It helps with collaboration a lot. We need whiteboard to draw and this works even better than a real whiteboard because it saves all the notes and its better organized for further collaboration.
Mural and Miro are very similar. I like Miro's right click functionality better. For our purposes they are similar enough to accomplish our simple needs.

Collaboration. Organizing something visual like a webpage is great. Miro is not great for writing anything lengthy, like word processing.
