Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are a global team with members working together on day-to-day activities and a few initiatives, which require close collaboration of all the team members in real time.

It is well integrated with some of the other products available, including Microsoft communication and collaboration tools. This feature helps refer to the existing boards, work, and use cases in a live meeting or discussion and quickly brainstorm scenarios.
Implementing new projects has been relatively easy to organize. Challenges we faced since COVID times were not being able to be in the same room, not being able to communicate and brainstorm ideas, lower productivity, etc. However, with this tool, we were able to implement projects with team members across different locations with ease and convenience.
Miro was the better option based on the team members' feedback, user experience, competitive pricing, look and feel, and implementation and use on projects in real-time.

Another impressive aspect of Miro is the innovation and time-to-time refresh of features that users find useful. For day-to-day activities as well as initiatives, it is a well-recommended collaboration tool and better than most available in the market.
